ABT modified the new Audi RS 6 Avant, which will be a pair of the RS7-R hatchback, declassified a few days earlier. In total 125 such station wagons will be built.
The new Audi RS 6 Avant was presented last fall at the Frankfurt Motor Show. Already from the factory, the station wagon boasts a 600-horsepower V8 as part of a moderately hybrid installation, an active rear differential, and a fully-controlled chassis. The car is able to accelerate from standstill to 100 km / h in 3.6 seconds. However, the ABT Sportsline studio believes that there is no limit to perfection.
ABT Audi RS6–R received a carbon “tail”, the original 22-inch wheels, a new exhaust system with composite pipes and a redesigned suspension with other springs and stabilizers. For the interior, improvements are also provided. For example, it is worth noting the finish of the steering wheel with leather and carbon fiber.
The output of the 4.0-liter engine was increased from 600 hp. and 800 Nm to 740 hp and 920 Nm. How the dynamics changed after that is not specified. By the way, even the serial model RS 6 Avant with all optional packages can accelerate to 305 km / h.
If you already have a standard station wagon, then refinement will cost 69,900. The turnkey car was estimated at 205,900 euros. The “evil” station wagon ABT Audi RS6–R will be released in a limited edition of 125 copies.
