Brabus has announced a package of improvements for the crossover GLE 300D and GLS 400D.
Mercedes-Benz GLE and GLS diesel crossover received from the Brabus specialists a rear wing, overlays for the front bumper air intakes, as well as new Monoblock Z Platinum Edition rims. At the same time, the GLS 400 d version was endowed with 295/35 R24 Pirelli tires in the front and 335/30 R24 in the rear, and the GLE 300 d boasts Continental SportContact 295/35 R23 tires.
Armchairs trimmed in red and black leather appeared in the GLS interior, while black and brown appeared in the GLE. Also,crossovers’s door sills and pedals were replaced, the contour lighting was upgraded, new floor mats were installed, and brand lock pins were installed.
Brabus offers improvements to the powertrain. Recalibration of software for a 2.9-liter turbodiesel is provided. This solution allows forcing the motor power for modifications of the GLE 300 d, GLE 400 d and GLS 400 d versions.
So, for the “three hundredths” versions, the diesel engine performance will be increased from 258 Hp. and 620 Nm of torque up to 306 Hp and 690 Nm of torque. At the same time, cars with the “400” index can get a power increase from 330 Hp. and 700 Nm to 370 “horses” and 750 Nm of maximum torque.
